Terms of Use & End User License Agreement
Welcome to App Showcase Hub. By accessing or using our applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our End User License Agreement (EULA).
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use our applications strictly in accordance with these terms. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
2. Privacy & Data
Data privacy is our core value. As outlined in our product descriptions:
- Your data belongs to you.
- We utilize a "Private by Default" architecture.
- If you are signed into iCloud, your data syncs automatically through your personal iCloud account. You can turn this off anytime in iOS Settings → your name → iCloud → Saved to iCloud → NaluMoney.
3. Use Restrictions
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the application.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, or reverse engineer any part of the application.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including copyright or trademark) of App Showcase Hub.
4. Intellectual Property
The application, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole property of App Showcase Hub.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, App Showcase Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
